Terms of Service

DTC Perks is a curated directory of discounts, free tiers, credits, and trial offers (“Deals”) on software and services used by direct-to-consumer and ecommerce brands. Every Deal is either verified against the vendor’s own pricing or partner page and quoted verbatim with a source link, or clearly labeled as reported (seen elsewhere, not independently confirmed) or negotiate (a partner program exists but terms aren’t public). We do not claim to have personally negotiated any Deal with any vendor unless we say so explicitly and can show the correspondence — the overwhelming majority of Deals on this site are publicly available offers we’ve located, quoted, and linked to the vendor’s own source.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use by ecommerce brand owners, operators, and their teams — not for personal, household, or consumer purposes. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind the business you represent, if applicable.

• You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@dtcperks.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One account per person. Sharing a paid account’s credentials to give access to people outside your own organization is a violation of these Terms and may result in suspension.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, or that’s used to abuse the redemption or rate-limiting systems.

Every Deal listed on DTC Perks is offered directly by the third-party vendor named on that Deal’s page — not by Perks. When you redeem a Deal, any resulting contract, subscription, purchase, or trial is between you and that vendor, governed by that vendor’s own terms of service, pricing, and eligibility rules, which can change or be withdrawn by the vendor at any time without notice to us.

We verify each Deal’s terms at the time we publish or last check it, and we label our confidence in that verification honestly (see “What DTC Perks is” above). We cannot guarantee that a vendor will honor a Deal that has expired, been withdrawn, or been modified since our last check, and we are not a party to, and accept no liability for, the agreement you enter into with any vendor.

If you believe a Deal’s terms are inaccurate or out of date, please report it to hello@dtcperks.com — accuracy is core to what we do, and we act on corrections quickly.

Some Deals on this site are offered through affiliate or referral partnerships, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up with a vendor through a link on our site, at no additional cost to you. This never affects which Deals we list, how we describe their terms, or their confidence rating — a Deal is listed because its terms are real and useful to a DTC brand, whether or not it happens to pay us a commission. Full detail is in our Affiliate Disclosure. We also offer a paid Premium and Lifetime membership tier, described below.

Free accounts have access to our free-tier Deals at no cost. Premium membership ($199/year at the time of writing, billed annually) and Lifetime membership (a one-time payment) unlock the full catalogue, including deals marked Premium-tier. Current pricing is always shown on our Premium page and at checkout before you pay — the price shown at checkout controls if it ever differs from marketing copy elsewhere on the site.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Premium is a recurring annual subscription that renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel; Lifetime is a single one-time payment with no recurring charge. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract Deal data from the Service other than through any public API we may publish and its stated rate limits.
• Redeem a Deal under false pretenses, or misrepresent your business to a vendor to obtain a Deal you’re not eligible for.
• Attempt to bypass rate limiting, account restrictions, or the paywall between free and paid tiers.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing deals directory by copying our verified terms and source citations wholesale.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service, including through automated attacks, credential stuffing, or attempts to access another user’s account.

The DTC Perks name, logo, site design, and original written content (including our verification write-ups, category structure, and curation) are owned by Ecombrand LLC. Vendor names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify their Deals, not to imply endorsement of DTC Perks by that vendor unless a partnership is explicitly stated.

THE SERVICE AND ALL DEALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEAL WILL BE AVAILABLE, HONORED, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE VERIFY WHAT WE PUBLISH TO THE STANDARD DESCRIBED ABOVE, BUT VENDOR TERMS ARE OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL AND CAN CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE TO US.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECOMBRAND LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY DEAL, INCLUDING A VENDOR’S FAILURE TO HONOR A DEAL’S ADVERTISED TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DON’T ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ecombrand LLC harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of a Deal, or your violation of any third-party vendor’s own terms in the course of redeeming a Deal.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will survive.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
